2.12.2010 The representative of the Chinese company Shiyan Huachangda Mechanical & Electrical Co.,Ltd visited FEZ Grodnoinvest on December 2, 2010.   The company is the leading Chinese producer of equipment for automobile plants. Within the frameworks of the visit there were conducted negotiations concerning issues of possible future cooperation. There was also made the presentation of FEZ Grodnoinvest. 3.12.2010 The Ambassador of Great Britain visited Grodno …   The visit to Grodno of Her Majesty’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus Mrs. Rosemary Thomas took place on December 3, 2010. The Ambassador arrived with the aim of familiarizing with economic and cultural potential of Grodno region. During her stay in Grodno Mrs. Rosemary Thomas acquainted herself with the activity of FEZ Grodnoinvest resident enterprises: Joint enterprise "Zov-Plita" Ltd and Close corporation "Bigan". There were discussed the prospects for extension of cooperation between business representatives of Great Britain and Belarus. 6.12.2010 FEZ Grodnoinvest representatives participated in the economic seminar for exporters and investors “Why is it worth to cooperate with the Republic of Belarus” which took place in Warsaw on December 2, 2010.   The organizers of the event were the Polish-Belarusian Business Centre and the Information portal about Belarus bialorus.com.pl. Within the frameworks of the event there was made the presentation of FEZ Grodnoinvest investment opportunities and FEZ resident-enterprises industrial potential, there were conducted negotiations with the representatives of Polish companies interested in implementation of investment projects in the territory of FEZ Grodnoinvest, and there also took place the visit to the enterprise majoring in production of industrial & commercial catering equipment. 24.12.2010 On December 24, 2010 the JLLC “Transport & logistic center “Lososno” has been registered as a FEZ Grodnoinvest resident.     The company will implement an investment project on construction of the centre for transportation & logistic within the land plot of total area more than 50 ha.
