1.3.2005 Representatives of the administration of FEZ "Grodnoinvest" conducted the negotiations with potential Turkish partners. A number of letters of intentions was signed.   Within the frames of a visit of a delegation of Turkish businessmen at the head of State Minister of Turkish Republic Mr. Tuzman to Minsk there was a meeting with the heads of Byelorussian enterprises, companies and organizations. Representatives of the administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” conducted the talks with potential Turkish partners. A number of letters of intentions was signed. 1.3.2005 Representatives of the Swedish company "Rindi Energi AB" visited the administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”   Representatives of the Swedish company “Rindi Energi AB” visited the administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”: Kristofer Lorenz – chairman of the board, Per Knudsen – deputy managing director and Marek Wyszynski – director of Bialystok representation. During the negotiations the Swedish side expressed interest in the purchase of Byelorussian raw materials biomass, construction of a boiler plant for biomass burning, electrical energy production and its export to the neighbouring countries: Poland, Lithuania. 2.3.2005 Delegations of an Italian company “СМВ s . n . c .” at the head of its chief Mr. Pieta Silvestro visited the administration of FEZ ”Grodnoinvest   Letter of cooperation was signed. The sides designated their positions on possible creation of an enterprise on manufacture of glass articles for household electrical equipment within the boundaries of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”. 2.3.2005 Administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” conducted the negotiations with the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern Sweden (Malmo) on cooperation in the field of the investment activity   Head of the CCI of Southern Sweden Mr. Ingemar Nilsson, project manager Julia Persson and director of the Federation of Private Enterprises “Företagarna” Krister Söderstam took part in the meeting from the Swedish side. Letter of intention was signed as a result of reached agreements. 16.3.2005 Representatives of the American company “TENNECO Automotive” visited the administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”   Representatives of American company “TENNECO Automotive” at the head of director manufacturing engineering ride control Europe Willy R.J. Pierle visited the administration of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”. During the meeting such issues as possibilities of setting up a joint venture on manufacture of automotive ride control and emission control products were discussed. 25.3.2005 From March, 21-24, 2005 a presentation of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” in Liblin province in Poland was held.   From March, 21-24, 2005 a visit of the delegation of free economic zone “Grodnoinvest” to Lublin province (Poland) occurred. In Lublin there was a meeting of the Byelorussian delegation with the governor of Lublin province Mr. Henrik Makarevich. A presentation of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” was conducted. The delegation of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” carried out the negotiations with the representatives of “Herbapol”. During the talks possibilities of investments’ attraction in FEZ “Grodnoinvest” were discussed.
