Registration of managing subjects and residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” is conducted in accordance with the regulations of the state registration and liquidation (cessation of the activity) of managing subjects affirmed by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16.03.1999 #11 (in the edition of the Decree of the president of the Republic of Belarus from 17.12.2002 #29).
Residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” are given a certificate of registration .
Special legal treatment is extended towards a registered resident on the basis of the above mentioned legislative acts which grant legal tax and customs preferences. |
