On December 16, 2011 there were registered two FEZ Grodnoinvest residents, Ltd. Businessline with the investment project “The production of building constructions, metal and translucent structures and their elements” and Ltd. NordBelTrade with the investment project “Setting up an enterprise majoring in manufacture of refrigeration equipment”.

On December 8, 2011 there were registered two resident companies at the FEZ Grodnoinvest, Primeagro Ltd with an investment project “Recycling of vegetable feed and getting high-quality protein products”, and Profintertech Ltd. with an investment project “Diversified production of building constructions”.
