When importing foreign goods to the territory of the free customs zone and exporting goods of own manufacture originating from the territory of FEZ, customs duties, except that for customs registration, are not charged and economic policy measures are not taken.
Within the frameworks of a special legal treatment a registered resident enjoys customs privileges and preferences which are stipulated in the following statutory legal acts:
