The purpose of the centre is to organize an effective system of transport and logistics service, inter-modal transportation with goods guaranteed delivery from sender to consumer on the basis of electronic logistics maintenance and information service about all the elements of the transportation process. A land plot with the space of 40hectares in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” will be offered for the project’s implementation. The land plot is provided with the necessary infrastructure and has an entrance to the international railway and transport highways. Terms of the project’s realization – 3-5 years.     Production of chrome and yuft leather goods for work footwear in Grodno Republican unitary enterprise “Grodno Industrial Leather Association”     Project's idea is to move leather production from the city centre to the territory of the leather preprocessing plant, situated in the industrial zone and to reconstruct this plant installing modern technological equipment. Planned productive capacity is 4 million dm² per month. The project is to be implemented at the expense of attracted funds of foreign or national investors. A joint venture may also be considered. Free working areas in the territory of the city’s industrial enterprises are offered for rent or sale. The sanitary engineering fittings planned for production are valves, bolts, taps, mixers, shower sets, siphons and bottom valves. A joint or a foreign enterprise may be created. Terms of the project’s realization – 4 years.     Creation of an enterprise majoring in manufacture of photoelectric transformer     Project's idea creation of a state-of-the-art enterprise majoring in manufacture of competitive high-quality articles from monocrystal silicon for photoelectricity. Production capacity of such an enterprise is about 10 megawatt per year which is equivalent to approximately 4, 5 million sun elements. It is possible to set up either a joint or foreign venture. Terms of the projects’ realization – 2-2,5 years.     Creation of an enterprise majoring in production of universal plastic rebar supports     Project's idea The aim of an investment project is to create an enterprise majoring in production of polypropylene rebar supports such as: wheel rebar supports, chair rebar supports, end caps etc. Building bars of such kind are widely used in monolithic construction and in manufacture of reinforced concrete products. (According to the Customs statistics total volume of toys import including radio-controlled toys, in January-September 2009 amounted to 15 277 000 USD). In this respect there was accepted the Set of measures 2010-2011 “On diversification and creation of new models of toys”.
