FEZ "Grodnoinvest" consists of 4 sites with the total space of 1045,9 hectares in Grodno and Grodno region.

   Lands for the construction of the enterprises occupy 351 hectares and can be rented in and out of town.
   At the current date of October, 1 2005 10 land plots with the total space from 0,5 hectares till 3,5 hectares which are located in the northern part of Grodno and selected for the future construction are provided with all engineering communications and approach roads. At present time building sites are being constructed with engineering infrastructure.

   We render assistance in rent or purchase into property more than 126 thousand square meters of free space and objects of incomplete construction at working businesses of Grodno.

Investors are granted the right:

• To acquire land plots for use or for rent in town (rent cost is around 3 500 € for I hectare per year);
• To rent a facility (rent rates are determined according to the limits which are equivalent from 1.62 € till 6 € per month for 1 square meter of space).
