A number of customs benefits and preferences are set for the investors residents of FEZ. So, customs duties except fees for customs registration are not charged and measures of the economic policy are not taken when importing foreign goods into the free customs area and exporting goods which originate from the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Within the frames of the special legal treatment a registered FEZ “Grodnoinvest” resident have the following benefits:
- 100% exemption from customs payments when importing raw materials, components and equipment to the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”.
- 100% exemption from customs payments when exporting goods of own manufacturebeyond the boundaries of the Republic of Belarus or when producing import substitution production.
