Construction of a wind-driven plant factory
Project's idea: The purpose of the project is the construction of a wind-driven plant factory with the capacity of 2,5-5 MW in the territory of FEZ «Grodnoinvest». It is planned to produce supports, pods, vanes and to assemble wind-driven plants’ power electronics and wind-driven plants.

Modernization of silex brick production
Project's idea: The aim of this project is to modernize the existing silex brick production at «Grodno Building materials plant» JSC:
-installation of 2 German press arrangements (1 press arrangement replaces 4 existing ones), the cost of one press arrangement amounts to 1 million euro;
-preparation and reconstruction of production premises – up to 2 million euro.

Creation of a centre for transportation and logistics
Project's idea: Creation of an international centre for transportation and logistics in the north-western part of the Republic of Belarus. The purpose of the centre is to organize an effective system of transport and logistics service, inter-modal transportation with goods guaranteed delivery from sender to consumer on the basis of electronic logistics maintenance and information service about all the elements of the transportation process.
A land plot with the space of 40hectares in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” will be offered for the project’s implementation. The land plot is provided with the necessary infrastructure and has an entrance to the international railway and transport highways.

Creation of an enterprise majoring in the production of polyurethane foam.
Project's idea: Creation in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” of an enterprise majoring in the production of polyurethane joint sealants for firming and hermetic sealing, acoustic and thermal insulation of joints of constructions, door and window units, pipelines. The project provides for the production of different kinds of construction foam – winter, summer and professional foam, foam with tailor-made properties.
