The administration of FEZ "Grodnoinvest" announce a call for tender for the production of disposable sanitary- hygienic products: baby diapers, sanitary towels of different type and shape. It is planned to organize the production on the territory of FEZ "Grodnoinvest" with tax and customs preferences secured.

The finished products will be supplied to healthcare organizations and population of the Republic of Belarus. Export sales to Russia, other CIS and Western Europe countries may also be considered. Yearly need for sanitary- hygienic products in the Belarusian market makes up 30 million US dollars.
To organize the production the administration of FEZ "Grodnoinvest" offers free land plots for construction. The plots are already provided with all necessary services. Besides, the administration offers free production facilities in operating enterprises.

Project #1
Production of thermal insulating materials using short flax-fibre Project's idea: The aim of the investment project is to organize the production of modern energy-saving thermal insulating materials made of natural short flax-fibre using modern technological equipment of the German company «Dilo» GmbH.
Project #2
Modernization of silex brick production Project's idea: The aim of this project is to modernize the existing silex brick production at «Grodno Building materials plant» JSC by replacement of the old production equipment with a new high-technology production line of the German company «Lasko».
Project #3
Creation of a centre for transportation and logistics Project's idea: Creation of an international centre for transportation and logistics in the north-western part of the Republic of Belarus. The purpose of the centre is to organize an effective system of transport and logistics service, inter-modal transportation with goods guaranteed delivery from sender to consumer on the basis of electronic logistics maintenance and information service about all the elements of the transportation process. A land plot with the space of 40hectares in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” will be offered for the project’s implementation. The land plot is provided with the necessary infrastructure and has an entrance to the international railway and transport highways.

Creation of an enterprise majoring in the production of polyurethane foam. Project's idea: Creation in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” of an enterprise majoring in the production of polyurethane joint sealants for firming and hermetic sealing, acoustic and thermal insulation of joints of constructions, door and window units, pipelines. The project provides for the production of different kinds of construction foam – winter, summer and professional foam, foam with tailor-made properties.

Creation of an enterprise majoring in manufacture of photoelectric transformer Project's idea: creation of a state-of-the-art enterprise majoring in manufacture of competitive high-quality articles from monocrystal silicon for photoelectricity. Production capacity of such an enterprise is about 10 megawatt per year which is equivalent to approximately 4, 5 million sun elements.

Creation of an enterprise majoring in sanitary engineering fittings production Project's idea: is to create a production of sanitary engineering fittings. Free working areas in the territory of the city’s industrial enterprises are offered for rent or sale. The sanitary engineering fittings planned for production are valves, bolts, taps, mixers, shower sets, siphons and bottom valves.
