The administration is a governing body of free economic zone "Grodnoinvest" (further - FEZ "Grodnoinvest”) is established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and within its competence has the right:

• to conduct state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the territory of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” except banks, non-banking credit-financial and insurance organizations;
• to register legal persons as residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” including commercial organizations with foreign investments, non-commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs and also non-banking credit-financial and insurance organizations and their branches, insurance organizations and their branches which passed registration beyond the boundaries of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” due to the order fixed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
• to receive statistic reporting data from the residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” which is fixed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
• to impound and grant land plots located in FEZ “Grodnoinvest” in the order fixed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and also within the credentials delegated by the local executive authorities;
• to grant land plots into rent to the residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” and control the use of land plots;
• to determine a rent for land, natural resources and also facilities, construction and buildings, equipment granted for operational use of the administration;
• to represent the interests of the residents of FEZ “Grodnoinvest” in relations with the republican governing bodies and local authorities;
• to submit proposals on the development of normative legal acts in the fixed order.

The head of the administration governs the administration of FEZ.
The head of the administration, his deputies and chiefs of the departments are part of the administration.
